Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial advisor capacity
  • At least one year of experience supporting advisors in roles involving learning and development or strategic initiatives
  • Active Series 65 or Series 66 license required
  • Experience working in an RIA model is preferred
  • Proficiency in digital wealth platforms and financial technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience being a peer coach or leadership experience
