Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial advisor capacity
- At least one year of experience supporting advisors in roles involving learning and development or strategic initiatives
- Active Series 65 or Series 66 license required
- Experience working in an RIA model is preferred
- Proficiency in digital wealth platforms and financial technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience being a peer coach or leadership experience
