QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the state.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.
- Proficiency in skilled nursing home regulations, OBRA regulations, and relevant healthcare guidelines.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and oversee all aspects of the facility’s operations in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish key performance indicators and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance occupancy rates and fiscal health.
