QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid, unrestricted Nursing Home Administrator’s license in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.
• Proficiency in skilled nursing home regulations, OBRA regulations, and relevant healthcare guidelines.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Lead, guide, and oversee all aspects of the facility’s operations in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish key performance indicators and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance occupancy rates and fiscal health.
• Serve as the facility’s representative to the public and professional arenas, delivering confident and concise messages on various topics.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, employees, and family members through proactive and empathetic communication.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of nursing practices, regulatory compliance, reimbursement processes, and labor relations laws.
• Stay informed about new CMS program initiatives and disseminate knowledge to relevant parties.
