Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
Support Licensing Sales Manager with execution of long term and fiscal year strategies as set by department leads. Have responsibility for elements of relationship management of our sourcing agents as advised.
Support creativity and analyse shipping data, develop commerciality and expertise in relevant category product development. Main focus on plush and growing the Disney Direct business.
EXPERIENCE AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Degree level education in a related field or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE WITHIN CONSUMER PRODUCTS COMMERCIALISATION
- Proven experience of building effective relationships, leading and managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve financial targets and joint goals
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Financial foresight – an ability to translate numbers into a working plan
- Ability to analyse data, construct practical conclusions and make recommendations to achieve business targets.
- Forming relationships with sourcing agents and key collaborators.
- Project and event management.
- Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of local markets across EMEA

ACCOUNTABLE FOR DELIVERING AGAINST ANNUALLY AGREED PERFORMANCE COMMITMENTS
- Supporting the team in delivering against part-targeted financial royalty revenue annually
- Accountable for supporting with the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process
- Accountable for encouraging and maintaining positive relationships and collaborating across departments internally and externally!
