The Spark Licensing team is part of the wider sales team at Spark and has a great team culture, we work together towards shared goals and try to make our day to day enjoyable. In this role you will work alongside the Licensing BDM, Client Leads, Servcie Delivery Managers and Technical Specialists to ensure great outcomes for our customers.

You will be responsible for advising customers on:

  • License sourcing and strategic software road mapping
  • Aligning licensing models to achieve customer business goals. Strongly link licensing strategy with technology & business strategy using ‘best way to buy’ framework.
  • Vendor contract management and negotiation
  • Offer expert guidance and interpretation of vendor licensing policies
  • Reducing compliance risk
  • Assistance with license harvesting and redeployment

This would suit someone who has experience in managing software licensing leveraging Microsoft Enterprise Agreements, or managing non-Microsoft licensing, and is keen to step into a customer facing sales role. If you have sales experience and want to commit to learning the licensing craft long term then please don’t hesitate to apply. It may take 12 months to get up to speed but we are happy to take the right people on that journey.
