Job Title: Life Cycle Logistics Management Analyst - Level IV
Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Life Cycle Logistics Management Analyst - Level IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide senior-level logistics expertise and play a pivotal role in integrating and planning for the 12 Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSE) across all phases of the sustainment and acquisition processes. You will interface with various key stakeholders including ASAALT, AMC, LCMC, PEO Soldier, ATEC, AEC, CASCOM, MCOE, and other PEOs and PMs to ensure logistics requirements are met effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Over 20 years of relevant experience.
  • Thorough understanding of Life Cycle Logistics regulations and policies including DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, AR 700-127, and AR 700-142.
  • Competency in communication, leadership, logistics automated systems, team management, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and assist in planning, developing, coordinating, defending, and executing all aspects of the PMs’ Life Cycle Logistics support in accordance with DoD acquisition and sustainment processes.
  • Produce acquisition logistics documentation to support the PMs’ products.
  • Develop plans and projects, determine needs, investigate and resolve problems, interface with other functions and stakeholders, and manage functional areas.
  • Assist in logistics automation using enterprise planning tools such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, etc., for acquisition and sustainment operations.
  • Direct the activities of applicable stakeholders to conduct focused strategic planning and analysis for all life-cycle management functions.
  • Provide Air Drop Liaison support in accordance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements.

AIR DROP LIAISON DUTIES:

  • Serve as liaison between PM and airdrop community.
  • Coordinate new materiel introductory briefings and new equipment training.
  • Document and establish proper inspection and use procedures for parachute systems.
  • Participate in developmental testing and operational testing of airdrop systems.
  • Communicate with vendors and industry regarding the acquisition process and maintain awareness of the parachute industrial base.
  • Certify parachute equipment maintainers on proper in-servicing, use, and maintenance of new equipment.
  • Work with parachute user community to prevent and resolve parachute system technical issues.
  • Conduct live jumps during parachute system testing.
  • Provide physical drop zone coverage during standard and non-standard airborne operations.
  • Provide malfunction and injury reporting as required.
