Job Title: Life and Pensions Administrator
Reporting to: Client Services Team Leader
Department: Product
The role of the Life and Pensions Administrator is to manage the implementation, administration & compliance of new and existing products and to drive improvement in work processes and Company performance.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must hold QFA qualification
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Knowledge of WealthTrack and Voyant would be a significant advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

- To manage the implementation of product recommendations arising from the financial plans and effectively managing the products in the pipeline and taking them through to the policy issue stage.
- Responsible for the compliance around new product implementation and existing products
- Drafting of statements of suitability and issuing supporting documentation – fund factsheets, key information documents, provider customer guides etc to clients
- Carrying out product implementation calls with clients and assisting in completing application forms to ensure applications are submitted promptly
- Point of contact for new & existing client product queries
- Policy reviews
- Keying new business applications online and submitting paper copies to the product providers
- Consistent contact with product providers and pushing applications through in a
timely manner and identifying issues as they arise.
- Updating our CRM software and logging all communications and updates to this
- Proactive leadership of product campaigns
- To have expert knowledge of investment/savings, pension, and protection products. If it is identified that training is needed in any of these areas, there is an expectation that you seek the necessary training on your own behalf to get up to speed.
