Our client, an established insurance provider in the region has mandated Madison Pearl to identity an exceptional Life Sales Manager. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years’ experience managing an insurance sales team and a strong track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to meet annual targets effectively.
Implement company strategies into daily operations
Assess the Life market to identify trends impacting regional sales growth and profitability.
Ensure regulatory compliance to policies
Manage and cultivate existing relationships with stakeholders
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience leading an insurance sales team
Have strong relationships with external partners
In-depth knowledge of insurance
Arabic & English speaker
Possess strong working knowledge of processes & procedures
