We’re looking for great potential lifeguards who can think on their feet, ensuring we’re meeting the ever changing needs of our customers. You’ll need to be a team player and great communicator, happy to roll your sleeves up in order to get the job done.
Your lifeguarding or life skills are backed up by your passion to provide our community with exceptional customer service - you’ll be proud to be a part of a team who ensures our community enjoys a clean, fun and above all else, safe pool experience.
We recognise rewarding you is not only about your pay, so we’ve outlined some of the great benefits that may be available to you as an employee of Hutt City Council. Read more about them here: careers.huttcity.govt.nz/your-total-rewards

Responsibilities:

This key role requires you to lead a team of lifeguards to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to effectively lead a team, is customer driven and can meet tight timeframes.
