WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The other key ingredient is ‘you’ and your personality – welcoming and encouraging qualities as well as enthusiasm by the bucket load. While clinical care is important in an aged care environment, we see the true value of engaging with our residents in meaningful ways. We offer a broad range of activities and are seeking a resident focused individual with a vibrant approach to connect with our residents.
If you are someone who understands the needs of older people who considers both their challenges and potential within an aged care environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
