ABOUT THE ROLE: Exciting opportunity for a part time Lifestyle Assistant to join our Mont Clare Facility, We are a Passioante and dedicated to our work and to our staff who wants to improve the lives of our vulnerble residents.

  • Part time
  • Promote emotional and physical rehabilitation through engaging residents in recreational activities of their choice that promote holistic wellbeing
  • Create, facilitate and evaluate individual and group lifestyle programs to ensure that our residents have the best day possible each and every day.
  • Work in consultation with the wider care team to provide relevant and timely information for the care planning process
  • You will be supported and guided by the Lifestyle Coordinator.
