Responsibilities:
Our Lillian Martin facility (based in Mornington), is looking for an engaging and proactive Lifestyle Assistant to join the team. Supporting our Lifestyle Coordinator, the Lifestyle Assistant will help with the delivery of appropriate and varied lifestyle programs to enhance and support the individual needs of residents.
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will promote and assist our residents participate in meaningful activities whilst maintaining friendly and supportive professional relationships. You will be making a profound difference in the lives our residents, enabling them to live their BEST life.
You will be responsible for:
- Participating in the development and delivery of lifestyle programs to our residents, ensuring residents are able to participate and enjoy the programs
- Assist with assessments, review and the ongoing evaluation of residents cultural, recreational and leisure needs and lifestyle interests
- provide outstanding customer service maintaining friendly, supportive and professional relationships with residents, their relatives and friends
