    We are seeking an exceptional Lift Attendant to join the Claridge’s team.

  • Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
  • Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
  • Have ideally worked in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Be a team player who is an avid learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide a pleasant, welcome and courteous service to all guests and visitors;
  • To answer lift calls immediately, efficiently and safely, enquiring of guests and visitors to which floor they wish to go;
  • To open and close the lift door and gate in a quiet, speedy, efficient and safe manner and to ensure the cleanliness of the lift;
  • To direct guests and visitors to room numbers on the floors and to assist with directions and points of interest.
