EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum Leaving Certificate qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment desirable.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and energetic with the ability to integrate quickly into a team environment.
- Demonstrated flexible and innovative approach to work.
- Comfortable working with computers.
Responsibilities:
- Operates production and/or test equipment.
- Completes daily work to meet established schedule with guidance from supervisor.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures, and applicable safety rules.
- Ensure tools and equipment are set up and operated per procedures.
- Records production information on approved document or electronic system.
- Performs basic troubleshooting on operation issues before escalating to supervisor and support team.
- May perform product testing and release.
- May assist in executing validation protocols.
- Ensures safe work practices and follows behavioural based safety guidelines at all times while on site.
- Carries out training of new employees as appropriate.
- Support continuous improvement by generating ideas and assisting in projects where needed.
- Maintain adequate stocks of operating supplies and consumables within production area as appropriate
- Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor.
