We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line & Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This dual role requires a passionate individual who can manage food preparation duties and execute menu items according to our established recipes and standards during service. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Operate various kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the culinary management team.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and ensuring all storage areas are organized.
  • Monitor inventory and report necessary supplies to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
