Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
- Operate various kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the culinary management team.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, and ensuring all storage areas are organized.
- Monitor inventory and report necessary supplies to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards.
