Detail:

• Ensuring Fit/PP/BP samples are done correctly
• Updating Operator score sheets hourly and dealing with poor performing operators
• Booking machines that are broken or need to be repaired on the breakdown sheet
• Maintain constant work flow down the line
• Assist in new styles assembling, training of staff on new styles
• Ensure all Cut work & Trims, accessories are supplied on time to the line
• Ensure all machines are covered
• Score board is updated with Balances at the end of each shift
• Ensure all Operators are in their work place at designated time
• Housekeeping - Floor & lines are clean & baskets on chairs after each shift
• Ensure hourly and daily targets are met with quality
• Ensuring work to go next online is checked and all paper work is ready
