Linux Administrator

.We are looking for a Linux Administrator for a contract role . This is a long-term contract with a global IT consulting leader.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 5+ years IT experience
• IT qualifications or Tertiary Degree
• Red Hat Certified Engineer
• Experience with SQL/MYSQL, MSSQL, or Oracle databases
• Understanding of ITIL service management practices
• Windows Desktop and server admin experience
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level skills
• Mandatory: NV1 Security Clearanc

• Configure and document Linux systems
• Manage virtual machines for simulation applications
• Perform audits of hardware and software
• Apply OS updates, patches, and config changes
• Troubleshoot reported problems
