LETS LOOK AT WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY…

• Incident management, responding to all types of tickets within the required SLA
• Acknowledge and remediate alerts that come through to the ticket system
• Handling customer phone calls
• Dealing with escalations from other teams
• Monitoring backup issues
• Completing server patching, ensuring automated processes are working and issues fixed where needed
• Assisting other teams around the Partner services function
• Keep on top of personal administration, ticket reviews, internal meetings and timesheets
• Drive your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths on Elev8, our internal learning plattform, taking part in Pax8 L&D programmes, receiving peer or manager coaching, taking on stretch projects or on the job training.
