  • An Australian practicing certificate.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in dispute resolution litigation or regulatory investigations within a respected firm, Commonwealth or state government, or in-house role.
  • Experience running litigation or contentious regulatory matters throughout their life-cycle, including large scale document reviews and productions.
  • A desire to be a part of a growing team that’s seeking to change the way we provide advice to our clients.
  • An ability to build relationships quickly and engage confidently and effectively with internal and external stakeholders and clients at all levels.

Our client is seeking a Lawyer or Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ legal experience in dispute resolution, litigation, or regulatory investigations to help grow in their unique offering. You will lead an analyst team in delivery of document review solutions for large scale litigious matters across a variety of clients and industries.

An insight into the responsibilities associated with this role includes:

  • Taking responsibility for delivery of the document review including budgeting, fee estimates, reporting and quality.
  • Leading, instructing, managing and supervising teams of analysts who conduct the document review work including training and coaching, tracking outcomes and delivery, undertaking quality control and reporting.
  • Working closely with lawyers in other teams within the firm
