Description:
A 15-attorney trial firm is seeking a paralegal with 2+ years of litigation experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal who wants to join a tech-savvy firm and grow in their legal career! This paralegal will have the permanent flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week.
EXPERIENCE WITH:
Trial and deposition prep – preparing witnesses, exhibits, jury instructions, etc.
Subpoenas
Legal research
Document review and production
eDiscovery and/or TrialDirector experience is a plus, but not necessarily required
The firm will give this paralegal the autonomy to handle substantive legal work!
The ability to bill for their time (either a paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, JD, attestation, or equivalent)
