Description:

TSR Legal are honoured to be assisting a reputable law firm located in Bristol, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. Currently, our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse caseload while supporting senior fee earners in delivering high-quality legal representation.
Role Overview: As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in the team, assisting in the provision of legal services to landlords, letting agents, and private/commercial clients across a wide range of civil litigation matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling applications for the recovery of possession of property, including liaison with clients, solicitors, courts, and tenants.
Recovery of unpaid rent and other money claims through various enforcement processes.
Assisting fee earners with preparation tasks in property disputes, contentious probate disputes, employment disputes and court proceedings.
Managing general enquiries and progressing them into active files.
Conducting file opening procedures and providing client care documents.
Providing support and assistance to the team supervisor as required.
Upholding the highest standards of client care and acting in the best interests of clients and the firm.
Desired Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
Proficient IT skills.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Capability to draft correspondence, pleadings, and applications.
Knowledge of residential landlord and tenant issues.
Ability to supervise and delegate to junior staff.
Team player with the ability to work effectively in an open-plan office environment.
