We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with spinal cord injury, neurological and acquire brain injury to live independently in their own homes.
We’d like you to join us as a Live In Support Worker in the Chester area.

What you’ll be doing:*

  • This role is to support our 19-year-old male client with a spinal cord injury and ADHD within his own home.
  • You will move into the clients home and support them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities.
  • A successful candidate would utilise their driving skills to support the clients active lifestyle.

When you’ll be working:*

  • Assignments between 2 weeks long
  • Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas
  • Zero hours contracts
  • You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clients

What you’ll have:*

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility & reliability continuity of care is imperative for our clients
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with SCI and ADHD preferred.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
