Description:

Links Technology Solutions is currently seeking an experienced LMS Project Manager (Learning Management System) to fill an opening with a consumer electronics company.

Responsibilities of the LMS Project Manager

  • Project planning and execution support, including assisting in defining scope, goals and deliverables
  • Assistance in estimating costs and budget, project value and otherwise assist in economic analysis
  • Coordinating and promoting collaboration across the project team(s)
  • Implement and manage the project communications plan (this will be a combined effort with Corp Comms and the Change Lead also)
  • Support the requirements analysis process and assessment of potential vendor compliance
  • Coordinate with the technical resources re: any technology implementation required (at least for task and deliverable tracking)
  • Identifying risks and potential mitigations

Qualifications of the LMS Project Manager

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
  • MUST have LMS 9Leared Management System) experience, preferably SABA
  • Familiarity with the large business transformation in a global and complex org structure
  • Experience in design thinking and navigating organizations with strong cultured parent companies
  • Some background with regard to learning and development, perhaps having worked on prior L&D/HR projects with significant non-technology components (people, process, culture, etc.)
