Description:

We are looking for a detail oriented LMS Specialist to support our Northvolt Global Scaling Services (GSS) in Gdańsk and our Global Learning Operations Team. You will be responsible for transformation of the existing Northvolt digital learning platform into an innovative and sophisticated learning space by implementing new features & functionalities and documenting the standardized ways of working that enable efficient learning processes across the organization that support our growth and business goals.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree within IT, education technologies, adult learning or similar (desired).
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an LMS system administrator, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and written reports summarizing data collected and producing data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, fluency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with PowerBi is a plus.
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to propose possible resolutions to operational problems

Responsibilities:

  • Central system administration to support the global and business unit learning organizations including system clean-up, development and implementation of new user and admin experience across the company in line with the company goals and direction.
  • Participation and support in the system integrations together with HRIS and IT departments to automate digital learning processes.
  • Coaching of the system admins to ensure alignment with specific needs, processes, way of working, roles, etc. across the organization.
  • Evaluation and feedback gathering from system users to continuously develop and improve way of working and system configurations.
  • Co-design, enablement & implementation of the global learning report with KPIs to enable data driven culture.
  • Monthly global reporting & analytics.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
