ROLE PURPOSE

Technical lead assesses a project’s technical build feasibility, as well as implementation. They are responsible for designing and implementing the proposed project’s technical lead. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Technical Lead’s role is bounded with technical issue at hand. A Lead needs to understand and assist the Solution Architect with knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical solution as well as robust business knowledge.
This role can be based anywhere in Australia.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You are responsible for the supporting end-to-end architecture of a solution, including its assembly and integration into the IT architecture principles defined with the client. You define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. You are responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the solution services can be realistically delivered by the underlying technology components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Knowledge

• Understands how to manage Content for one or multiple platform.
• Maintains Content integrity.

1. Technical Solution Design

• Proposes technical solutions that meet or exceed client needs and expectations, and complements delivery.
• Synthesizes multiple requirements, ideas & solutions in order to manage complexity and deliver synergies.
• Articulates the proposed solution and benefits accurately and persuasively, reflecting the client’s interests or concerns. Estimates maintenance costs that are realistic, based on effort required, value delivered, and client’s expectations.
• Ensures that the solution aligns with Capgemini Group strategy.
