POSITION: Assistant Training Officer Load and Haul
INDUSTRY: Mining Industry

Responsibilities:
To facilitate training at our organisation and conduct on-the-job assessments and evaluations to determine competence, which includes but not limited to:
- Training facilitation and presentation
- Delegate supervision
- Course development and maintenance
- Operator evaluation and assessment
• Data capturing • SHERQ adherence and compliance
- Work Ethics
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Grade 12
- NQF Level 4 Certificate- ODETDP
- NQF Level 5 Assessor: Unit standard 115753
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational Training/ Facilitation & Operational Load and Haul Surface mining
- Valid drivers’ licence
