Description:
PROFILE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or Accountancy.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of corporate/commercial banking products and related facility.
- Good analytical skill
Responsibilities:
- Perform new credit file creation in system
- Perform filing of source reports & media into credit file and arranging for archival
- Handle archival process of redemption cases
- Perform release and received of security document to/from law firm
- Perform release of cashier’s order to law firm
- Manning Credit Ops Registry counter
- Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately
- To highlight any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager / Supervisor.
- To ensure high quality level in services delivery
