REQUIREMENTS

  • In-depth knowledge of common banking jargon and home loan process
  • With technical know how on documentation requirements in housing loans
  • Accurate and efficient in data entries
  • Coordination skills in dealing with Bank lenders on housing loan processing
  • A plus if with an experience in working with Infinity, and HubSpot.
  • Proven experience in customer service.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Comfortable working on Zoom the whole shift
  • Min. 2+ years of experience in Australian HOME LOAN processing and documentation
  • Proven experience in banking documentation compliance.
  • Must be knowledgeable with Apply Online (AOL)
  • Processing and valuations: Experience handling real estate transactions, processing, and ordering property valuations.
  • Bank communication: Proven ability to effectively communicate and follow up with lenders to ensure smooth loan approvals.
  • Missing information management: Skilled in identifying and resolving missing information requests promptly.
  • MIR resolution: Strong ability to address and resolve missing information requests (MIRs).
  • Servicing and service calculators: Familiarity with servicing options and service calculators related to real estate transactions.
  • Pricing and valuation tools: Knowledge of pricing and valuation tools used in the real estate industry.
  • Credit checks and reports: Experience conducting credit checks or working with Equifax reports.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Offshore Mortgage Planning Team Lead, Loan Processors will support the onshore mortgage planners to conduct loan strategy calculations and communicate directly with Australian customers and banks. You will be assigned to look after specific customers’ loans from the beginning till the end, and process all paperwork and documentation as required.
The monthly workload is to manage about 60 files. KPIs will be measured by a mixture of holistic indicators e.g., work time spent on each loan stage, customer reviews, leadership feedback, peer reviews, and contribution to the learning & development of other staff.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Breakdown sophisticated numbers accurately from complex bank jargon into easy-to-understand layman language that customers can understand.
  • Manage relationships of loan contracts with the bank for customers.
  • Handle the flow of the loan application and update customers right through the entire process to keep them at ease.
  • Update all CRM databases as required
