• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer in a banking or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of lending principles, credit analysis, and risk management.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using loan management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses may be required.

• Evaluate loan applications and assess the creditworthiness of borrowers.
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to make informed lending decisions.

• Manage a portfolio of loans and monitor loan performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan processing and approval procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in lending regulations.
• Adhere to risk management guidelines and assess and mitigate lending risks.
• Prepare and present loan reports to management and stakeholders.
