We are looking for a talented individual to join Alberta Grains in the role of Loan Support Specialist. Reporting to the Manager, FarmCash, this role will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our loan servicing department. This role involves providing comprehensive assistance to both loan officers and borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle. This includes managing inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, gathering necessary documentation for loan processing, and assisting in loan adjudication when required. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and your proficiency in lending procedures will be the key to our team’s success.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in finance or banking preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience.
- Understanding of various loan products and lending principles.
- Understanding of Equifax reports, corporate and lien searches.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and other office applications.
