• Conduct approved inspections and investigations into alleged breaches of Local Laws.
• Promote customer service through education and awareness of relevant regulations.
• Provide investigation reports, evidentiary statements, and court testimony.
• Participate in education programs related to core responsibilities.
• Issue correspondence, directions, compliance notices, and Penalty Infringement Notices for alleged breaches.
• Input and update data in the corporate computer system
