WHAT’S SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES WILL I NEED?
- You will be developing your capacity to role model Chorus’s five signature behaviours at team leadership level on the Chorus contribution diamonds.
In addition, a successful Local Lead will need to bring:
- A broad understanding of the in-home and community-based care sector, operational needs and opportunities, and broader emerging changes and challenges.
- Business acumen to understand local financial performance, the levers that impact productivity and how to control costs.
- Analysis skills to identify gaps in actual and target performance across all four Chorus commitments.
- A basic level of digital fluency to support Chorus ambition to become a digitally enabled provider and a wiliness to keep learning.
