As a Marketing Manager at Revolut Business, you will play a key role in implementing user growth through varying, creative campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and executing end-to-end campaign strategies, including audience targeting, messaging, creative direction, and media planning
  • Driving brand awareness and user growth through strategic campaign execution
  • Collaborating with external creative and media agencies to develop and execute campaigns, including partnering with influencers/content creators
  • Managing the delivery of creative assets across markets, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Optimising regional channels to streamline and improve regional marketing processes, maximise campaign performance, and fuel business growth
  • Conducting thorough performance analysis, reporting on campaign metrics, and continuously optimising the funnel based on performance insights

What you’ll need

  • A proven track record as a successful Marketing Manager with a focus on brand awareness and collaboration with external agencies
  • Experience in managing the delivery of creative assets across multiple markets
  • A performance marketing mindset to leverage influencer, content creator campaigns, and other channels as engines of growth
  • The willingness and ability to delve into funnel metrics and continuously enhance the funnel based on performance data
  • Creativity in developing innovative campaign ideas and selecting suitable brand ambassadors
