LOCAL NURSING RESOURCE TEAM - CNA I – GREATER CHARLOTTE MARKET (GCM)
Novant Health is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to join our Local Nursing Resource Team to serve as a member of a remarkable healthcare team by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their support system.
The Local Nursing Resource Team - CNA I is part of a market based, that is assigned to varying units to ensure that patient care needs are met within the assigned facilities within Greater Charlotte (GCM) Market. Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. These CNA’s possess the skills, competency and qualifications to travel and work in 3 facilities within Greater Charlotte (GCM) market. One Year of working in Hospital Setting is Required.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Experience: 6 months of relevant experience in an acute hospital setting, required. 1 year of relevant experience in an acute hospital setting, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: NA I certification, required.
- Additional skills required: Basic computer skills for documentation. De-Escalation Techniques
