Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Localization Product Manager to lead our efforts in localizing the financial module of our ERP product (BIP) for the South East Asia markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ERP financial module and the unique financial and regulatory requirements of these regions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure our ERP financial modules are effectively localized and meet the high standards of our customers in these regions.
1. EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, consulting, or a similar role working on ERP financial products such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
- Familiar with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (accounting standards, tax, and reporting requirements) for at least 2 countries in South East Asia.
3. SKILLS:
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
- Any other language in South East Asia will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good project management and organizational skills.
