We are looking for professional, experienced candidates to be a part of our growing global team. The successful candidate will be part of the in-house localization team and will work closely with internal clients and linguists (freelancers, in-house translators and agencies). The candidate will manage multilingual localization projects of various scope and impact within the timeframe agreed with the requestors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Localization Project Manager.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Passion for technology and blockchain.
  • Experience in managing localization of user interfaces and software.
  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management.
  • In-depth knowledge of translation management software (SDL Trados, Memsource, Smartling, MemoQ) and CAT tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of various file formats and project management software.
  • Degree in related fields (linguistics, translation-related degrees preferred).
  • Ability to cope under pressure and to work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work with remote teams.
  • Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate regularly and professionally with colleagues on assigned projects.
  • Ensure communication is clear and concise on project requirements to vendors.
  • Monitor status and track the delivery of projects.
  • Possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Create clear and efficient workflows as well as improve on existing ones.
  • Build good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compile weekly and ad hoc reports as appropriate.
