Requirements:

  • Project management skills.
  • Planning skills with the ability to forecast a 3-month workload.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with various parties.
  • Knowledge of CAT tools and Jira.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in problem-solving.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting and documentation, including payments, IP reports, and project documentation.
  • Basic technical and programming skills, along with digital literacy, to understand and resolve code-related issues.

What you will do:

  • Manage tasks for 30 people using Jira, spreadsheets, and Gantt charts.
  • Assign tasks and monitor workloads to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct 1:1 meetings with editors for feedback and updates.
  • Develop systems to assess student feedback and improve content quality.
  • Assign content reviews to enhance quality based on feedback.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members, create and review test assignments, and conduct interviews.
  • Update/create instructions and maintain translation resources like glossaries and databases.
  • Calculate monthly team payments and complete payroll reporting accurately and timely.
  • Review and submit intellectual property reports monthly.
  • Oversee video additions to courses and evaluate project results from student feedback.
  • Prepare materials for biweekly/all-team meetings, including statistics and project updates.
