Description:

Full time post in colorectal and general surgery at Consultant level. - Involvement in general surgery on call rota 1:10. - Independent operating of a range of colorectal conditions, with a view to a robotic service in the future.
- Clinics, including 2ww referrals for colorectal surgery, subspeciality interests welcomed. - JAG accreditation in colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy +/- therapeutics. - Active involvement in teaching and training or medical students and trainees. - Active involvement in clinical governance, including audit and quality improvement.
- Involvement in research and management welcomed.
