REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for the position you must be able to demonstrate:

• ASAR registration.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a General Accredited Sonographer.
• Broad experience across General Sonographer scans, including basic Vascular, MSK, Small Parts and Pead’s.

This hospital offers general and specialist health services to the area. The imaging team is looking for an experienced Locum Sonographer to join their team on a full-time basis to assist with conducting a mixed caseload of scans. There is a Team or 4-6 Sonographers that you will work along side on a daily basis.

In- patients and outpatient workloads. The imaging department is open Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and there is no weekend or On-call work.

• Workload consisting of MSK, Basic Vascular, General, Pead’s, General Interventional Drains Biopsies, and Mobiles. There is No Obs and limited Gynae.
• Equipment used is Canon.
• Career development.
• Radiologists on-site full-time.
