CRHTT services are now widespread across the UK and provide a genuine alternative to hospital care and treatment. The key components of CRHTT in Oxfordshire will be:

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust has been rated as good by the CQC. We have a relatively new Chief executive Dr Nick Broughton and Chief medical Officer Dr Karl Marlowe who are both keen to bring our rating up to excellent. The Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership is an exciting partnership that formally brings together six local mental health organizations from the NHS and the charity sector: Connection Floating Support, Elmore Community Services, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, Oxford shire Mind, Response and Restore. The aim is to work much more closely with each other and with people who have mental health problems to make it easier for people to get the best possible support when they need it.

Active commitment to delivering the Trust’s clinical governance agenda. The AMHT has its own governance agenda including audit, quality, patient experience, learning from incidents, patient safety initiatives and interrogation of data.
Contribution to developing and delivering improved clinical services as outlined in the National Service Framework for Mental Health and Long term Plan.
The post holders will be expected to contribute to the collection of data as required by the Trust and other relevant agencies. This includes the timely recording of clinical activity data, and participation in clinical audit - with appropriate administrative support.
The post holders will be expected to participate in and attend local teaching and training for specialty doctors and the wider medical community.
