Description:

SUMMARY

Location: Prague, Czech Republic #LI-Hybrid As Logistic Coordinator EMEA you will be responsible to Ensure efficient and timely coordination of logistics operations specific to the EMEA region, including monitoring deliveries, updating databases, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication with the logistics team and courier partners in the region. The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations and resolving any delivery-related issues or inquiries particular to the EMEA region.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Accountable & Key Point of Contact with logistics partners and internal costumer support teams for escalations as they relate to courier performance and costumer complaints to ensure proactive mitigation, processes are in place and ensure effectiveness.
  • Courier Performance Escalations (including QA CAPA request): Handle and escalate any performance issues with couriers, including quality assurance (QA) corrective and preventive action (CAPA) requests.
  • Customer complaints triggering and follow-up: Handle customer complaints related to logistics and ensure timely follow-up to address and resolve the issues.
  • Next day risk assessment: Conduct risk assessments for upcoming deliveries to identify and mitigate potential risks that may affect delivery schedules.
  • Daily Tier meeting: Attend daily meetings with the logistics team to discuss current and upcoming deliveries, address any issues, and coordinate logistics.
  • Daily call with couriers: Conduct daily calls with couriers to discuss delivery status, address any concerns, and ensure timely coordination.
  • Courier performance calls: Conduct regular performance calls with couriers to track and monitor their performance and address any concerns or issues.
  • Project Management: Manage logistics-related projects, including coordinating and monitoring project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Higher education degree or other relevant areas relating to supply chain management, supply and production planning
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a relevant field
  • Fluent in English
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including couriers, supply chain teams, and management.
  • Time management skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of work.
  • Attention to detail: Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry, analysis, and report generation.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technologies in a dynamic logistics environment.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address and resolve delivery-related issues and challenges.
