Cermaq Canada is seeking to fill the role of a permanent full-time Logistics & Data Entry Clerk to join our Sales team at our Richmond office. If you enjoy detail-oriented work, a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
- Work experience in general office administration including data entry, filing, and document reconciliation.
- Previous experience in a sales office environment is considered an asset.
- A professional, positive, and friendly presence with a customer service-oriented mind-set.
- Self-motivated with strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to adapt and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient keyboarding and computer skills including competent knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
This position is based out of the Richmond Office and works Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm with some flexibility required. Company benefits are available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for providing administrative and Clerical support to the sales team.
- Prepare shipping documents and verifying freight invoices.
- Maintain updated records of orders.
- Tracking orders
- Advising Processing Plant of production orders
