Job Description

Your contribution in this role:

  • Solicit quotations, negotiation of pricing for goods and services, and analysis to recommend vendors for delivery of goods and materials to destination;
  • Monitor and verify deliveries are complete and done in a timely manner and identify potential issues with pending orders;
  • Ensure prompt update of the procurement files into the procurement database;
  • Responsibility to perform a wide variety of procurement / Logistics support activities as assigned;
  • Assist the logistics group for audit and receive the goods in the ERP system;
  • Ensure commercial documents accuracy for billing and customers clearance;
  • Unload, sort, stock, and package merchandise and orders;
  • Verify, review, and reconcile documents and reports about inventory.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate in a few words:

  • Degree: Diploma or a Bachelor of Vocational Studies in administration fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; Ability to work under pressure; Organization and punctuality and demonstrates proactiveness; available to work outside of normal work hours if necessary (time zone).
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Multilingual: fluency in English written & spoken.
