Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 1 year relevant experience in trading of consumables/agricultural productsImmediate starter
Responsibilities:
- Track and Verifies accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documents
- Maintaining and updating of product models inclusive of product number, product specifications, and expected end of life of product. Etc.
- Coordination with transportation/freight forwarders of incoming/outgoing shipment.
- Preparation of related shipping/import/export documents (eg. Shipping invoice, packing lists, delivery order, certificate of origins etc.)
- Ensure proper record keeping and filing of shipping transactions for Finance Department to process payment to suppliers.
- Ensure compliance of company procurement policies and procedures.
- Provide daily status update of all procurement status and shipments.
- Ensure proper record keeping and filing of procurement documents.
- Ensure operations run smoothly and taking care of outstanding orders pending for billing.Any ad hoc duties assigned
