THE OPPORTUNITY:
As our Logistics and Supply Chain Lead, you will play a critical role in optimising the flow of goods and materials within our offshore supply chain. We are expanding our operations and are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Supply Chain team within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities:
Strategic Logistics Management:
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to final product delivery.
- Develop supply chain strategies that are closely aligned with the broader goals of the company to ensure that the supply chain is working towards the same objectives.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Trade Compliance and Risk Mitigation:
- Ensure compliance with local, international, and industry-specific regulations through reviewing and assessing policies, procedures, and processes.
- Responsible for handling import/export control, taxes, and duties. Apply relevant regulations and requirements and navigate the process efficiently.
- Manage DG (Dangerous Goods) shipment requirements and permits.
Efficient Transportation and Distribution:
- Streamline transportation modes and distribution channels to designated locations for enhanced efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance shipping and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Implement rigorous quality control procedures at every stage of the supply chain to maintain high standards and prevent defects.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Foster a culture of growth and development within the team, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, projects, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and drive operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and crewing partners to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of goods and services.
