    Logistics Manager Reporting to: Country Director
    Summary: Manage supply chain operations for Australia and New Zealand, overseeing goods from port to delivery. Drive strategic distribution and warehousing objectives to meet lead time goals and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory & Supply Management: Plan and optimize supply chain flow, manage inventory, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Reporting: Develop operational budgets, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
  • Team Management: Lead Logistics team, foster communication, and support team development.
  • Safety & Systems: Prioritize safety and maintain comprehensive understanding of logistics systems.
  • Service: Ensure excellent service to internal and external customers, manage supplier relationships.
