Responsibilities:
- Function as export coordinator with own targets set by team lead/department manager
- Coordinate with internal parties to support and make sure the whole process is running smooth
- Arrange booking with nominated carriers
- Update system / prepare documents for shipment and vessel update
- Shipment status tracking and monitoring: continuously monitor the export shipment and report irregularities
