Logistics Assistant x2 (Fork Lift License needed)

This role is part of LABGISTICS Asia Pte Ltd (LABG) Logistics Department. The role will be to manage daily warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, unloading containers or trucks, loading trucks, cycle counting and housekeeping.
The Logistics Assistant is expected to maintain a clean and safety environment for warehouse activities. The individual is expected to work as a team and to implement processes and technology usage such as the Radio Frequency scanner.
The Logistics Assistant will also work with internal departments to build a strong team. The individual will be reporting to the Warehouse officer or Manager of LABG.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Secondary ‘N’ or ‘O’ level school Certificates
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in logistics: Warehousing or Distributions .
• Satisfactory communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer literate skills (email, excel, word) are an added advantage but not a requirement.
• Able to multitask and handle fast paced environment.
• Carries a class 3 Driving License / Fork Lift License .

• To follow and execute logistical duties in according to SOP, work schedule and regulatory requirements daily or as when required.
• To work as a team with the rest of the logistics staff.
• To perform radioactive clearance and delivery (Snr Logistics Assistant).
• To perform daily cycle count for the accuracy of the inventory.
• To follow all the safety requirements in dealing or driving equipment such as forklift, Aisle master and Reach truck.
• To maintain and upkeep all the equipment issued for receiving, picking, and packing.
• To comply with the working schedule of the warehouse operations.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
