OUR CLIENT IS A GLOBAL MNC, ONE OF THE LEADING PLAYERS IN THE FMCG SECTOR. DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS, THEY ARE NOW RECRUITING A LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE TO BE PART OF THEIR TEAM FOR ONGOING TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST – EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the organization/coordination of shipments
• Regularly place and receive orders for components and parts
• Oversee/Maintain the current stock levels of components and parts
• Generate/Submit the relevant monthly reports to key management stakeholders

• Examine/Verify invoices from the various vendors and stakeholders, and complete the invoicing process while acquiring shipping quotationsAll other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Min 2 year of relevant logistics and supervisory experience
• Pass Customs Competency Test for Declarant is a Must
