Description:
DESCRIPTION
To give Support in receipt, storage, picking and packing of shipments, returns, labelling/relabeling, reconciliation and destruction processes of investigation medication products and clinical supplies and other activities related with regional projects. To generate reports, perform system transactions, update tracking information for different processes. All of them activities must performed following the Good Manufacturing, Storage and Distribution Practices, reducing the quantity of quality deviations. All Logistics Operations must be carried out according with the specifications, standard procedures, guidelines, and informatic/administrative tools required by the company and/or clients.
Responsibilities:
- To give Support to Local Coordination team in order processing, preparation of shipment documentation required by third party depot, schedule of delivery dates with sites and other related activities. For Andean Region.
- Support to receipt process and related documentation. For Andean Region
- To update tracking information for receipts, shipments, and other logistics processes
- To update shipment order status in GPM system
- To generate or update metrics and others reports
- Review of other reports as temperature records, purchases, invoicing.
- Scheduling and follow up of returns
- Follow up to reusable shippers returns and entry to inventory system
- Give support and follow up to stock control activities
- Follow up to qualification process of equipment or critical vendors
- Support in administrative or operations purchases processes
- To give support to entry of information in the invoicing system during revenue period.
